The Importance of Computers and Software
What Do Microsoft Office Software Do?
From the moment computers entered our lives, the internet that followed and the websites associated with it have shown rapid development. The sites we see on computer screens are not as easy as they seem. The people who prepare these sites learn special programming languages to create them. Websites on the internet are prepared with different programming languages. Among these languages, we can say that PHP coding and ASP coding are at the forefront. It is impossible for us to know which languages the websites are written in by looking at their screen shots. These programming languages are also used to write ready-made programs that we use on our computers and present them to the user's liking. These include office programs, image programs, games, and many other software.
How Are Programs Installed?
Office programs are essential programs found on all users' computers and are greatly needed. This software includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office programs that we use frequently, as well as ready-made templates. While we prepare our plain text writings with Word, we can automate all our calculation tasks programmatically with Excel. PowerPoint is a very useful application for preparing visuals for presentations. Additionally, drawing programs like AutoCAD, used by technical personnel such as engineers and architects, are also widely used. Besides these, we encounter image programs, editing software, chat software, and many other programs we don't know about. Furthermore, alongside software beneficial to everyone, there are also programs created for fraudulent purposes. These programmers, known as computer hackers, can access any computer and reach anywhere with the secret and special software they prepare. Therefore, it is very important that the programs we use are licensed and reputable. The programs we use must be compatible with our computers and have the necessary qualifications for the program to run. If our computer's specifications are insufficient, some programs will not run and will give warnings, or they may run incorrectly, leading to incorrect processes and erroneous results. All these programs are special programs that require a license and are purchased, but similar ones are also offered to users for free. Preparing this software and these programs requires special training and dedicating years to this work. Anyone can't suddenly become a programmer. It requires significant time and effort.
